99 Rodeo 3.2/AT 2WD, 94K miles: I'm still new to my Rodeo. When I'm in traffic it just falls on it's face around 1700 rpm until 1300 rpm where it surges back up to 1700 rpm & repeats the process. It is a pain to drive in traffic because it surges & falls on it's face & surges & falls... It is also killing my gas mileage.
It is possible it missed some maintenance before I picked it up?
What should I check?
