Some of the best FarSide was the Millennium Calendar. It matched a classic FarSide comic with a wacky fact from history and was a riot and fascinating at the same time.

Gary Larson is the best. I read an article a while back. One of those "what happened to" thing. It was about cartoons from the funny pages. If I recall correctly Larson got fed up with the meanness and politics on the funny pages and decided to do something else.

I used to work an assembly job on the side for dept stores many years ago. Building bikes, Gas grills, furniture ect. The guy I worked for bought me a far side T shirt, I had a Far side dinosaur holding a BFH and the caption said. "When I fix something it stays fixed"! I always liked that shirt.
