Factory Brushguard

I have a 2000 LE 4X4 Rodeo with a factory brushguard. The plastic looks like it has oxidation on it. (it's discolored white) What can I use to clean it off and get it looking new again? :cry:

You can also try Armor All and Back To Black. They both bring the black back, and it'll be really shiny.
