Did any year of Trooper come with the 3.1 V-6?

Some Rodeos and Pickups came with the GM 3.1. The pickups are easy to spot since they have the V6 badge on the front fenders. The Rodeos have a similar badge, but it's hard to tell as they also come with the ISUZU 3.2L V6
Some Troopers from '89-'91 came with the GM 2.8.
With the new body-style Trooper (The start of the so-called 2nd Generation), ISUZU introduced it's own V6, the 3.2L.
The engine upgrade of choice for both the 2.8 and 3.1 is to use a GM 3.4L V6 since they are in the same family.

Well, shoot.......just looking for an easier engine swap. I guess I'll need a bigger hammer LOL! Is there any 5-speed trannys available that will bolt up to a 3.1 or 3.4 that can handle 300 ft-lbs of torque? BTW, thank you for the reply.
