Hi All, first post.
I have a 92 Rodeo 4x4 with a 3.1L V6 and 130K miles. The fuel gauge has been slowly going south on me for most of a year.
It started when the needle started to occasionaly not reach F when I filled the tank . The problem gradually became more consistent and pronounced. Now, on a filll-up, the gas gauge only reaches 1/2 full.
Car runs pretty much fine.
Is their anything within reason that I can do to try and get it back into shape? I don't mind spending money on parts, but if the solution is dropping the gas tank, I would just as soon live with it.
Thanks for any info,
Jim H
