My girlfriend was driving her 94 rodeo, and her dash lights just stopped working one day.
i have checked the dimmer, its not down( sorry elimintaing the obvious)
checked all the fuses, still no idea

around the same time, the bezel around the gauge cluster, had some switches die. im not sure if that has ntyhing to do with it, but the whole unit was replaced. and now works fine..

the cig lighter works, as does the stero, so i dont think its a fuse..

im out of ideas,...
anyone?

The cig lighter is on its own fuse because it draws so much current.

On my 99 Trooper for some reason the dash lights were on the same fuse as the tail lights. I found this out when I was towing a trailer in the rain, kept blowing fuses for the tail lights and the dash would go out too. The fuse was in the engine compartment box (but your Rodeo could be different).
