EXACTAMUNDO
I do, however, have another question :
Are the tailights the same on the 2000 and up model Amigos as they are on the '98 & '99 models? The reason I ask is because there are aftermarket clear side parkinglight lenses for the '98 & '99, and I plan on buying those. I do, however, like the way the tailights look on the 2000 and up models, and was wundering if they were interchangable with the '98/'99. Truth be known, I like the the way the whole look of the 2000 and up models, with the new nose and all. I just got a really great deal on a '99 and couldn't pass it up. Just trying to update the look.
By the way, since I'm on a roll posting, and I apologize if I'm posting out of turn, I have a question about the suspension. The Amigo seems really rough. I know it has a tight suspension suited to 4x4'ing, though I haven't really tested it yet But, it bounces on every bump. Is there something I could do to make the suspension more road friendly without sacraficing too much for offroad adventures? And, is the stock suspension suitable to participate in the kinds of excursions some of you take, i.e. Uwharrie, Moab? Not necessarily extreme 4x4'ing w/9" lift and 3ft. tires, but rougher than average terrain and go most places than an Explorer (oops, I cussed) would?
And by the way, I just realized something. I know that I just posted off-topic. If it is within the powers-that-be, I would not mind if this post was moved to an on-topic category. Please forgive us dumb-butt newbies . But, I would appreciate any and all feedback
