I noticed that on the back of my Rodeo manual the recommended tire pressure for my P245R16s is 26 psi. On the actual Bridgestone tire, however, it's listed as 35 psi. Does anyone know which one I should follow?

I believe the 35 psi is the max pressure at max load. I would follow the owner's manual and then adjust from there. Don't go more than +/- 3 psi unless you need significant characteristic changes. Remember to adjust tire pressure when temperature is coldest, i.e. in the morning before you leave for work and the vehicle hasn't been driven for at least 6 hours.

The tire pressure on the tire is the max, you can also look at the label in side the door the tire pressure should be printed there too
