So I’m thinking about when I sas my amigo it’s a first gen, I want to do that with coils and stretch the front axle about 2-3 inches forward and fit thirty sevens anyways I got this random idea watching some Australian off-road videos has anyone ever chopped and put a flat bed on an amigo or ever seen it done as I feel like this would be an awesome idea as well as it would be something extremely unique?

It would be easier to swap a pickup body onto the Amigo frame.

Even with moving the front axle forward, 37s and a lift sounds like a handling disaster waiting to happen. This vehicle is already short wheel based, raise the center of gravity and that makes things worse. I had two Suzuki Samurais and the SWB was part of the problem (handling problem) with those. Radmigo runs 38's on his amigo and I believe he streets it / doesn't trailer it. Not sure if he has an account on here. Could be a good person to talk to

I assume you're talking about 4WD 24/7? I love that channel. Not sure if a tray conversion would be worth it, you'd want to close in the cab which would be weird since the B pillars are sloped. I think the amigo is already cool enough as is, and pretty practical with the amount of space if you don't have rear seats.
