Hi all,

am kinda new to all this stuff.
My question is, which are the better diiff ratios to keep??
The ones from my '82 swb jackaroo with c223 or my '91 swb jackaroo?

I am building up the '91 and wondering if the diff ratios are different and which would be better to keep??

Chef...

I would venture to say that the '82 swb jackaroo probably came with the 8 and 10 bolt diff's and that the '91 swb jackaroo came with the 10 and 12 bolt diff's... meaning that I would stick with the diff's from the '91... better gearing ratio options were in the 10 and 12 bolt.

Do you have an "options code" plate on the fire wall in the engine compartment?

Havent check the one from the diesel yet.

Oh and i just had another '91 swb delivered this morning with a G80 code.
