I looked at a 2000 Limited Trooper today, fully loaded 49,000 miles...all the bells and whistles. Dealership is asking $13k...if i can get it cheaper than that would it be a decent deal?

Also check out Edmunds True Market Value, usually lower than Blue Book which can be helpful in negotiations when buying.
