I am having a problem with my rear brakes that seem to howl like a large semi truck stopping. It seems to only do this when stopping the truck while in back up mode. seems to be more prevelant on the passenger side rear. I am wondering if the brake caliper is not functioning properly or if i might have a perportioning valve that is bad. The truck stops just fine just makes a bad noise. Any ideas, suggestions, comments would be greatly appreciated.

Nature of the beast. It's the spring clips that hold the brake pads. You can get new ones at Isuzu. Try spraying brake cleaner around the pads. This may help some. You can also try "brake quiet" on the back of the pads. Good luck
