Have a 2000 Rodeo 2wd, 3.2L with 83K miles. Runs great, but how can I improve the ride? Changed shocks and new tires, but would like to smooth it out a bit more.

BTW, it's my fourth Isuzu. Had 85, 87 and 90 Troopers!! Sized down a bit for the 00 Rodeo. Get at least 100K on all of em w/out any major problems.

Thanks in advance!

What shock/tire combo did you put on?

I put some Monroe Sensa Trac shocks and Toyo Open Country AT's on my 2000 Rodeo. It rides better than it did with the stock shocks and Bridgestone tires. It's still built like a truck. My buddies Nissan Pathfinder rides nicer but that's also a uni-body and has struts up front.

Be sure to keep your tires aired to door jamb specs as well. With most tires, anything above 27psig on a 1998+ will yeild a much more bone-jarring ride.
G/luck
