I tested for 14 volts across the auxiliary air valve with the key on without starting the engine. Should I have voltage there or do I have to have the Trooper running? Where do the wires for that originate so I can chase it down? Thanks!

ENG HAS TO BE RUNNING THEY GET THEIR POWER FROM THE SAME SPOT AS THE FUEL PUMP
