I am having major trouble with my 95 Rodeo AC. The small fan in front of the condenser will not kick on, have had it tested, replaced the relay and it still wont run, it is frying my compressor but don't want to replace till find out why fan not working. Any help would be great as it is toooo hot to keep this up

You will not fry out your AC. The fan is a simple connection.
It is used to keep a constant airflow over the rad/cond. To be honest
the electric fan in my 02 sport is so small I do not even think it does
anything.

I believe that the whole idea with adding the supplemental electric fan is
that when the main fan clutch sences the engine is cool enough it will
slow down or disengage but the condensor still needs the air flow hence
the electirc fan. But there are many cars out there that just use the
main fan for condensor cooling.

Get a volt meter and check you connections. Is there a fuse for your
fan?

Also when you are low on Refrigerant that will prevent you AC
compressor and fan not turn on.

5-speed's don't even have a condenser fan.
