I just took my 99 Amigo to Midas for all new pads front and back. Cost me about $300 and i am satisfied with the new brake feel and stopping distance. Would definitely do it myself next time, just a little too busy right now.

It is definately worth the extra $$ to get the genuine isuzu brake pads. They'll last 50-60Kmi, they dont dust up your wheels, plus you get the whole kit along w/ the pads(shims, caliper slide & pin grease & anti-squeel grease). G/luck

:) I just did all four of my "99 P-port's. For about fifty bucks, I got the brake pads from AutoZ. It is nice to go to the dealer, but if you trail ride a lot, all that debris (re: sand, I'm in Florida) kinda' chews them up anyway. It all depends on the majority of you driving.

brake pads : $50.00
2 1/2 ton floor jack : $75.00
4 3 ton jack stands : $30.00
all future brake pad labor for free : priceless
