Well i cant find the lugnut torque for my 90 trooper in my service manual and i dont have an owners manual. So could anyone tell me what it is? Thanks.

The owner's manual for my '91 Trooper says 86.8ft. lbs. (118 N.m.) for aluminum wheels, or 65 ft. lbs. (88 N.m.) for steel.
