Installing a 3.2L 6VD1 into a Trooper.
Filled radiator with coolant, leak appears.
Found this from underneath, looking up at a/c compressor.

After partially pulling engine, discovered "a source" on the coolant return fitting.
I assume it is the return fitting after going over the flow diagram (below).

Removed the fitting and found the o-ring in the "C" port to have broken.
The flow diagram appears to show this port as the supply to the heater core.
Anybody know what the part # might be, or the o-ring size?

Thanks B. That's a great site. I had not used it before.
After discovering the dreaded "DISCONTINUED" part, I had to resort to experimentation.
I went with a buna-n o-ring (nitrile rubber, hardware store variety), 15/16"OD x 3/4" ID. I had some larger and some smaller but this one seemed to fit just right.
Re-assembled, filled with coolant, no leaks so far.
