I have just discovered a crack in my exhaust manifold (and the source of that annoying noise...)
Does anyone make headers for the 2.2L? Otherwise, it's off to the junkyard for another manifold.

Do you mean 3.2L? That's what you should have in your truck. That being the case, there are no commercially available headers for any of the Isuzu 3.2's.

There are Rodeos with a 2.2L I4 engine, you know.

I have not heard of any a/m headers for the 1998+ 2.2L. Have you checked the warranty documentation? The exhaust manifold *might* be covered for 10yrs/120K miles, or 5yrs/60K for second owners. Worth a look anyway!

I thought someone did, I recall seeing it on the net. However, I did find a greatly priced replacement if you haven't got one yet:
