Here is my 1992 Isuzu Pickup.

This is how it started. 3.1L V6, 5 speed, 4x4, short bed, 4.30 gears... I originally purchased this truck to haul my mt bike. Afterwards, I decided to build it to handle some scenic off road trails.

First mod: Diamond Plate Truck Box

These trucks are small and extra storage space is needed.

Second mod: Ugly bumper removal (before)

After

Third mod: Thule Base Rack (430 Tracker 2) w/ Bike Carriers

Fourth mod: 15" Snowflake Wheels

I stripped and painted the wheels metallic silver.

Fifth mod: 30x9.5" BFG AT Tires

Sixth mod: 16" Snowflake Wheels - Painted "gun metal" metallic

Seventh mod: 265/75/16 BFG KM2 Tires - 32" Tires

No lift. Completely stock. No rubbing front/rear. Perfect size tire (in my opinion).

Do you recall what paint you used for these?

I have 16" snowflakes that I think would look good painted like that.

I used Autozone paint. Rust-Oleum High Performance Wheel Spray Paint. Cleaned, Sanded Imperfections, Scotch Bright, Washed, Cleaned, 2 Coats Primer, 3 Coats Paint, 1-2 Coats Clear, 2 days dry time + 40 min oven time.

Thanks! It was the first true off road trip with the truck. Hopefully, will be taking it out again in a couple weeks after more upgrades. 8)

I replaced the upper/lower door hinges with new ones. The door was sagging a bit and there was a horrible amount of wind noise on the hwy. This seems to have solved both issues.

Replacing the hinges is a pain especially getting it aligned.
