*** Above picture is "pre-lift" - I've taken it off road twice since completing the suspension rebuild and locker install. Everything works flawlessly. It's not abused and built like a tank. The body and underbody is well armored and protected.

I drive the truck nearly everyday. And it's been on numerous camping trips including three trips to Bend, Canada Mt Whistler, Estacada, and Nearby Mountains. The truck has never let me down and runs very well.

Exedy Clutch Kit (complete) & New Flywheel (not installed) - $250

This has been a fun project and solid truck. I'm very happy with how everything turned out. Please realize as with any older vehicle it does take maintenance. The clutch is getting worn and will need to be replaced soon. I've already purchased all the parts for the job and will include them with the truck. Also, there is an exhaust leak near the manifold. Otherwise, just keep up on routine maintenance. This is a push rod engine so there's no timing belt to change and it's so simple. Throttle body injection with lots of room to access spark plugs and everything else. Alternator is at the top of the engine. Much nicer than the new vehicles.

My relatives have a 1992 Isuzu Rodeo (same drive train and chassis) and they have over 260k on the original engine and transmission. I've seen these trucks with over 350k miles. These are tough trucks if you take care of them. Just as good as a Toyota Tacoma Truck, Nissan, Ford Ranger. I'm selling to downsize to 1 vehicle. It's a tough decision but that's life.

** ARB Roof Tent & Thule Bed Rack & High Lift Jack not included. **

Total Maintenance/Upgrades: $12,182 + Original Purchase Price: $2,000 = $14,182 Spent
Selling Price = 1/2 of Upgrade Cost ($6,000) + Original Purchase $2,000 =

$8,000 Cash - 503.888.6967

Located in Portland, OR

Discount $1,000 without the Winch & Optima Battery
Discount $2,000 without the ARB Lockers & Compressor (you pay to swap 3rd members)
* I'd prefer selling altogether though.

A little late on the ROTM...he already got it. Haha Pete this is by far the nicest truck you've built, and you've had some nice ones. Why is it you and I go through trucks so often? Haha! I'm keeping my RS though...unless a diesel trooper shows up for trade! Well I can't wait to see the next machine you build, any ideas on what it'll be yet? Good luck with the sale btw, this truck is worth so much more than you're asking...

Thanks Joe! It's a great truck. Maybe I'm crazy to sell it. It's certainly not a wise "investment" of time and money (other than enjoyment). Looking at a stock Tacoma which hopefully will remain stock. I need to stop dumping so much money into projects and put it into real estate. :)

Buy lots of land and we can build a private orv park! Haha! A stocker taco...yeah right. You can't help yourself...you're a Stewart it's genetic! Then when Ryan, rich, Dan etc come into town we can all hit up the compound.

Now...That's an idea. You can still buy large tracts of land for relatively cheap. Of course, it's somewhat useless property and way way out. But still... You could use it for hunting, camping or whatever. I've created a budget for my truck modifications because otherwise I'll spend endless money of making something "just right". This year... Naches Creek & McGrew is on the list. As well as Moab and Yellowstone. Maybe Whistler... And Colorado.
