-THE GOOD: Timing belt, water pump, brakes, wheel bearings, oxygen sensor. Rebuilt head (J&C Cyl heads), plugs/wires/cap/rotor, fuel filter, thermostat, radiator cap & misc gaskets. Engine/radiator flush and oil change done first week in March '05.
-THE BAD: Head gasket was done in Feb '05. But is giving tell'tale signs that the head was not properly torqued to appropriate specs.
Signs: Sparatic white smoke from tailpipe. Sparatic change from heater core . . .Hot to lukewarm and vice-versa.
**Engine does not overheat, oil pressure is perfectly normal . . .runs & drives fine. Have receipts for everything**
Turns out mechanic shop where work was performed closed down when I tried to get the head job redone. My loss is your gain.
