Does anyone knows if the 15 inch snowflakes will fit an 99 trooper? What's the offset on them?

Can't answer you but I'd wonder about brake clearance. My other concern would be that 16" and larger tires seem to be more readily available, 15" aren't that popular anymore.

I think they will be OK, but don't have direct experience with the snowflakes. My understanding is the snowflakes are zero offset, so they will sit quite a bit outboard compared to the stock 99 wheels. I have run 15" steelies with 3.75" backspacing with no problems.

There's a few sets on ebay for a good price I think I'll pull the trigger on them

He's got them on his 2000 too, but they're 16s. I think 15 and 16 had the same offset and width, might be wrong though. If not they're close.

If i can find a nice set of 15 inch aluminum wheels that fit my trooper my tire options would be awesome, and cheaper too.

16" snowflake is 7.5 width, 15" is about 6.5" width... not too sure about the offset on these
